All our customers are assigned a dedicated point of contact whose sole responsibility is to ensure that services are delivered in complete accordance with the customer’s requirements which is operated at Helpdesk to co-ordinate all call outs and servicing.
We operate a very flat company structure and actively encourage a culture of open, two-way communication. Our senior management team actively supports our Operations and is always available for customer meetings.
Communication is critical and we employ an effective Management Information System (MIS) that enables our customers to receive up-to-the-minute cost analysis and work status. The system is used to great effect by our customers for building life cycle costing, budgetary planning and expenditure forecasting.
Tasami Technical Services provides planned, preventative and reactive maintenance services to contract customers in the residential and commercial real estate sector throughout Dubai and UAE. Our technical competence, superior service and professionalism has made us the partner of choice. Our clients include owners, developers, landlords, surveyors, agents, fund managers and M&E consultants. We enjoy exceptional long-term business relationships and build on these to provide a pro-active building services which exceeds expectations. As a consequence the majority of our contracts are either repeat business or the result of customer referrals.
